Annual Used Equpment Sale
Rules
and Helpful Hints:
- To make it easy for you to buy and sell and make it easy on the volunteers
working hard to make this sale possible please observe the following.
- Print clearly on your tickets and use durable ink.
- Price your item in even dollar amounts. No change.
- Using mailing labels on the sale ticket to save writing.
- Attach the item ticket securely to your item.
- Keep the Sellers copy, turn in the IWA copy.
- Once you have placed your item in the sale area please exit promptly.
No pre-shopping, we need to make it fair to everyone.
- If you want to change the price of your item you must do it at the
check in table.
- No item will be allowed to leave the sale area without a receipt.
- If your item did not sell bring it to the sales table and turn in
the item ticket and the seller’s ticket. You will be escorted out with
your item.
- We must have all three ticket copies of unsold items.
- If your item did sell we will have the item ticket and IWA copy.
Hang on to your seller’s copy until you receive a check from us.
- You are responsible for checking to see if your item sold. All
unsold items must be picked up by 3PM or it will become the property
of IWA.
